A stagers job is to look at the property from a buyers perspective, so if you are advised to reduce and simplify your belongings, it is not meant as a judgement on how you live, but to help you show off your space more effectively and maximise your chances of a quick and profitable sale.

We get emotionally attached to our homes and the longer we live there the harder it is to say goodbye.

Moving home presents a fantastic opportunity to declutter. Its the perfect time to consider what you use, need, or love and what you want to pay someone to pack up and move.

STAGING AND STYLING

Once the house has been prepacked, cleaned and any repairs and redecorating have been completed, the final stage is to style and stage the house. You may be surprised how much finishing touches and little details around the house make rooms feel more connected.

Even with a small budget, there are things you can do to update and refresh your home.
